Job Title:Senior Marketing ManagerCompanyLocation: Brooklyn, NY - On-SiteExperience in fashion, streetwear, or lifestyle brands—or in similarly culture-driven consumer categories.What you’ll doSupport the development and execution of an integrated marketing strategy across brand, digital, retail, and partnerships.Translate brand positioning, product strategies, and cultural insights into clear seasonal and always-on marketing plans.Help build campaign calendars that connect key drops, collaborations, retail activations, and brand moments.Drive 360° go-to-market for launches and collaborations—from brief and channel mix through recap and learnings.Partner closely with Merchandising, E‑commerce, Retail, and Creative to align stories, demand tactics, and sell-through goals.Manage cross-channel campaigns (email/CRM, paid media, social, site, retail, experiential) to deliver a consistent consumer journey.Own and optimize key channels such as email/CRM, lifecycle, and retail marketing, with an eye on acquisition, retention, and LTV.Use data, testing, and insights to inform strategy, refine creative approaches, and improve performance.Report on campaign and channel performance, connecting brand and commercial KPIs back to marketing activity.Mentor junior marketers and support the build-out of scalable processes for planning, briefing, approvals, and recaps.
