Common questions
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes, any time. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. You only pay the difference for the remaining period. Downgrades apply at the end of your current billing cycle.
What happens if I hit my API limit?
Requests return a 429 error until your quota resets at the start of your next billing period. Your monthly window resets automatically, no action needed.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your account page and your access continues until the end of the current billing period. You won't be charged again.
Is there a free trial?
Every product line includes a free tier, so you can explore the platform before committing. No credit card required for free access.
How are payments processed?
Securely via Stripe. Catalitium never stores your card details. All payment data is handled directly by Stripe.
