Consults with MGAs to promote BMO Segregated Funds and Annuities to their brokers, including determining the application of the sales strategy for sales calls to prospect MGAs and brokers, supporting existing relationships with current MGAs and brokers, meeting with MGAs and brokers to promote products and attain sales objectives, conducting seminars and workshops, providing case support to obtain business, requesting special quotes and identifying potential new MGAs and brokers. Contacts MGAs and brokers within assigned region to promote product and services, and increase overall business results.

Assist with developing reusable cloud components, templates, and reference patterns to streamline multi-cloud adoption. Operations & Optimization Troubleshoot and resolve cloud infrastructure issues across Azure and AWS environments.

Key Responsibilities Multi‑Cloud Architecture & Engineering Assist with Design, build, and maintaining cloud infrastructure solutions across Azure and AWS using compute, networking, storage, serverless, and PaaS services. Review cloud security best practices, and secure configuration baselines across both clouds.

Key Accountabilities Research cutting-edge AI/ML techniques such as transformer architectures, multimodal models, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), reinforcement learning, and generative AI. Assist with LLM experimentation including prompt engineering, model fine-tuning, evaluation pipelines, and agentic AI workflows.
