We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Branch Manager to join our growing team and help us foster, maintain & build strong relationships with clients, referral sources, and key community partners.SummaryThe Branch Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of a single home care agency branch, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, compassionate, and compliant care. Track and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) related to revenue, billable hours, staffing levels, client growth, and retention.Implement sales strategies to grow the branch's client base.Represent the branch in the community by attending events, building relationships with referral sources, and supporting brand awareness and growth in the field.Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.Monitor quality assurance processes to maintain high standards.Assure clients and families experience exceptional service, leading to increased satisfaction and retention.Administrative and support staff are well-trained, productive, and motivated, resulting in high employee engagement and retention.RequirementsBachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of industry or management experience.Preferred: Degree in Healthcare Management or related field.Strong leadership and team management abilities, with experience coaching and developing staff.Understanding of state and federal home care regulations.Strong customer service and communication skills.Proven experience in a managerial role within the healthcare or related industry.Familiarity with financial services and sales management is pref...
