This role involves building and enhancing enterprise web applications, integrating AI-assisted development tools, supporting cloud-native architectures, and contributing to continuous improvement of development practices.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using C#, ASP.NET, and modern frameworks.Build and support RESTful APIs and web services.Deploy, configure, and maintain server-hosted web applications and services.Develop Azure Functions and other serverless/cloud-native solutions in Microsoft Azure.Integrate AI-assisted development tools to enhance productivity and code quality.Modify existing applications to meet changing business requirements and improve performance.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.Participate in code reviews and follow CI/CD best practices.Support application integrations with internal and third-party systems.Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to architecture and tooling.Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.4+ years of experience developing complex web applications using C# and ASP.NET.Experience deploying and supporting web applications in server-hosted environments.Experience developing cloud-native applications in Microsoft Azure.Strong knowledge of C#, JavaScript, SQL, and RESTful services.Experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Azure AI services, or similar).Familiarity with Logic Apps, containerized services, and cloud-native data stores.Experience with application integrations preferred.Experience with Empower LOS is a plus.Preferred Skills:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.Detail-oriented with str...
