Sr DFT Engineer (Tessent/IJTAG Specialist) - RemoteFull-time:Salary + Benefits + Bonuses / ContractorWork Status:US citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident.Remote(Anywhere in US)We are looking for a Senior DFT Engineer to architect and implement advanced test solutions.
