This person will administer, troubleshoot, and optimize Citrix infrastructure, including Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, Citrix ADC (NetScaler), and Citrix StoreFront. Responsibilities: Perform advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis of Citrix-related issues, escalating to vendors if necessary Implement, configure, and maintain Citrix policies, profiles, and group policies for an optimal end-user experience Manage Citrix licensing, monitoring, and capacity planning to ensure optimal performance Work closely with networking, security, and server teams to maintain a secure and compliant Citrix environment Support OS-level troubleshooting for Windows Server environments related to Citrix Automate administrative tasks using PowerShell or other scripting tools Requirements: 5+ years of experience managing Citrix environments as an Administrator or Engineer; experience working with an MSP would be a plus The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, NetScaler, and related technologies, ensuring high availability, security, and performance Expertise in Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (XenApp/XenDesktop), Citrix ADC (NetScaler), Citrix StoreFront, Citrix Director, and Citrix Profile Management Strong understanding of Windows Server administration, Active Directory, Group Policy, and DNS/DHCP Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for Citrix automation and administration Hands-on experience with Citrix monitoring tools such as Citrix Director, ControlUp, or eG Innovations Solid understanding of networking concepts (VPN, Load Balancing, Firewalls, VLANs, TCP/IP) as they relate to Citrix environments Experience with ITIL processes, incident, change, and problem management frameworks The anticipated hourly rate range for this position is ($48-50/hr).
