Onto Innovation strives to optimize customers’ critical path of progress by making them smarter, faster and more efficient.Job Summary & ResponsibilitiesUse ticketing systems to report individual work assignments (Freshservice is a plus)Setting up Windows machines for new hires/replacement hardware via Microsoft SCCM( Image, Deploy, Local Setup or Ship)Monitoring computer hardware performance and diagnosing system issuesInstalling, configuring and upgrading software applicationsTroubleshoot and resolve software application and OS related problems(Windows Only)Printer Support ( troubleshooting, swap toners and etc.)Knowledge And Skill RequirementsTechnical skills in installation and troubleshooting of relevant software and hardwareKnowledge and experience providing customer services, preferably in an IT service environmentUsing any case management / support ticketing and knowledge-based systemsExperience of supporting Windows 10 systems and Office 365A+ certification ( is a plus)Qualifications1-3 years’ experience in the IT support rolePositive attitude and collaborative approach in working within a team environmentStrong customer service skillsStrong oral and written communicationsAbility to learn and adapt quickly to changesCritical thinking and analytical capabilities in troubleshooting and problem solvingPlanning, organizing and prioritizing skillsAttention to detailOnto Innovation Inc.
