[Industry: Staffing and Recruiting | Type: Full-time | Level: Associate] Key ResponsibilitiesDiagnose and resolve Tier 1 and Tier 2 issues involving hardware, software, systems, and user access.Assist with workstation deployments, laptop setups, printer configurations, and other end-user technology support.Provide backup support for office infrastructure including telecommunications systems, servers, and network monitoring.Maintain accurate inventory records for hardware and software assets in coordination with the broader IT team.Support firmwide technology rollouts and upgrades including testing, deployment, training, and user support.Set up and manage audiovisual equipment for meetings, presentations, and conferences.Log and manage support requests through the ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution or escalation when required.Coordinate with vendors for technology purchases and services while ensuring compliance with firm standards.Identify recurring technical issues and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and user productivity.Deliver training and guidance to staff on technology tools and best practices.Provide occasional after-hours or weekend support when necessary.Qualifications5+ years of experience in an IT support or desktop support environment.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.Strong knowledge of Windows environments, Microsoft 365, document management systems, and ticketing platforms.Experience supporting laptops, mobile devices, networking concepts, and IP telephony.Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with technical teams and business stakeholders.
