[Applicants: Be among the first 25 applicants | Industry: Information Technology & Services | Type: Contract | Level: Mid-Senior level] Role:Software Test Analyst 5 – Lead Testing Analyst | W2-CONTRACT ROLELocation:Lansing, MI (Hybrid – 2 days onsite from Day 1)Interview:In-person only (Must be available to attend)Note:Local candidates only (Must be within 60 miles of Lansing, MI at time of submission)Required Experience:8+ years leading QA testing, functional testing, and system integration testing (Public Health experience preferred)8+ years coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT)5+ years maintaining test logs, defect logs, reviewing and prioritizing defects5+ years mentoring testing teams and promoting testing best practices5+ years experience using DevOps or similar tools for test case and test plan management3+ years experience with automation tools such as Provar, Selenium, SmartBear, or similar5+ years preparing test closure documents, testing metrics, and transition-to-maintenance documentationKey Responsibilities:Prepare testing estimates for projects and maintenance effortsReview requirements and ensure deliverables are testable and measurableLead and coordinate testing activities across the teamCreate and execute test plans and test casesManage defects through closurePerform functional, system integration, load, and automated testingDevelop automated test scripts (preferably using Provar)Maintain testing artifacts in DevOpsProvide status reports, testing metrics, and quality recommendationsParticipate in Agile ceremonies and retrospectives
