About the Tracker
How does the Job Tracker work?
Hit Track on any job card or job detail to add it to Shortlist (saved, not yet applied). Open listing advances it to Applied, or use move buttons through Phone Screen → Interview → Offer → Closed. Existing cards already marked Applied stay there.
Is my data stored on Catalitium's servers?
No. Everything is stored in your browser's localStorage. Nothing is sent to our servers, your application data is completely private and lives only on your device.
Can I export my tracked applications?
Yes. Export CSV (local fields) downloads title, company, location, stage, days in stage, notes, and link from this browser — not a full ATS export.
Does the tracker sync across devices?
No. The tracker is local-only in this browser (localStorage). Cross-device sync is not available yet — we will not invent a sync product. Export CSV if you need a backup.
What does advanced past applied mean?
It is the share of cards that reached Applied (or later) and then moved into screen, interview, or offer — not an employer reply rate. Shortlist-only saves are excluded from that rate.
What happens after 7 days in a stage?
Cards idle 7+ days in the same stage show a local decide cue: reopen the listing or move to Closed. There are no email or push reminders — this board stays browser-only.
