What's the difference between Market Intelligence and API Access?
Market Intelligence unlocks gated reports and premium market UI — start at #market-intelligence. API Access is programmatic /v1 quotas for jobs and salary JSON — see #api-access. They are separate products.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes, any time. Plan switches apply immediately with Stripe prorations (you pay or credit the difference for the remaining period). Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
What happens if I hit my API limit?
Requests return a 429 until your quota window resets. Free confirmed keys: 50 requests/day and 500/month (UTC calendar windows). API Builder ($29 USD/mo): 25,000/day and 25,000/month. API Pro ($79 USD/mo): 100,000/day and 100,000/month. Resets are automatic — no action needed.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from Manage subscriptions and your access continues until the end of the current billing period. You won't be charged again.
Is there a free trial?
No universal free trial across every product. Free paths today: confirmed API free key (daily/monthly quotas), free job-post form (review queue), and ungated salary tools. Paid Market Intelligence reports and paid job-post plans are not free tiers.
How are payments processed?
Securely via Stripe. Catalitium never stores your card details. All payment data is handled directly by Stripe.
