🎯 Position Overview We are seeking a Junior Data Analyst with 0–2 years of experience to support data analysis, reporting, and dashboard development for enterprise clients. 🛠️ Key Responsibilities Assist in analyzing datasets to identify trends and insights Support the creation of dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or Excel Write basic SQL queries for data extraction and validation Clean, organize, and prepare datasets for analysis Document findings and prepare simple data summaries for business teams Collaborate with senior analysts on KPIs, metrics, and data requirements Help with data quality checks and troubleshoot data discrepancies Maintain documentation for reports, dashboards, and data processes ✅ Required Skills & Experience 0–2 years of experience in Data Analysis or a related field Basic proficiency in SQL Hands-on experience with Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charts) Familiarity with any BI tool (Power BI, Tableau, or Looker) Understanding of data cleaning, validation, and analytical concepts Knowledge of Python (optional but preferred) for basic data manipulation Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking Good communication skills and willingness to learn ⭐ Nice to Have Exposure to data visualization tools or dashboard building Familiarity with data models or basic statistics Internship or academic projects related to data analysis Experience with Google Analytics, Power Query, or data cleansing tools Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) at a basic level Show less
