This role acts as the central hub for documentation, scheduling, facilitating communications, monitoring timelines, maintaining project records, assist with tracking budgets, and supporting IP housekeeping, while working closely with internal teams and external project stakeholders. Responsibilities Include: • Maintaining project documentation, records, and filing systems • Creating and updating project schedules, calendars, and task lists to ensure deadlines are met • Serving as the main point of contact for project teams, vendors, and stakeholders • Preparing meeting agendas, documenting minutes, and updating progress reports • Coordinating resources, equipment, and materials for project activities • Tracking project expenses, processing invoices, and assisting with budget management • Identifying potential issues and tracking project risks to support timely resolution • Supporting IP housekeeping by organizing internal records, documentation, and version control practices • Supporting general administrative needs for project development and execution • Communicating updates and action items to ensure alignment across teams Skills & Experience: • Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage competing priorities • Experience with project management software, word processing, and spreadsheets • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Previous experience in a project coordination, administrative, or assistant role • Highly attentive to detail to ensure accuracy in reports and documentation • Ability to work across multidisciplinary teams and support multiple projects simultaneously • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, project-driven environment Annual Salary: CAD $50,000 - $60,000 commensurate with experience Benefits: • Competitive salary in the growing cleantech sector • Comprehensive benefits (health, dental & vision) • Opportunities for professional development and career growth in rene...
