Branch Manager – Technical Certification & Business

This role is ideal for a fluent Slovak-speaking engineer with proven leadership experience, a solid background in mechanical engineering, welding, and certification, and a clear business development mindset. Requirements Must-have: Fluent Slovak speaker, fluent English (German is a strong advantage), Engineering degree: - Mechanical Engineering preferred, - Electrical Engineering acceptable with strong mechanical and welding knowledge, Proven leadership experience in managing engineers or technical professionals, Solid background in welding, mechanical engineering, certification, or inspection, Experience or strong exposure to quality management systems, Strong business-oriented mindset with the ability to grow services and teams, Willingness to work primarily on-site in Bratislava and travel within Slovakia (occasional Budapest visits).
