Business Analyst - Focus in AI Solutions

This role combines business analysis expertise, AI/ML knowledge, and data analytics skills, within an agile software development context. Key Responsibilities Analyze and model business processes and information systems within a large institutional environment Gather, document, and validate business and functional requirements Support the design and lifecycle of AI and NLP-based systems Collaborate with technical teams on data analytics, machine learning, and system integration Contribute to the analysis of large-scale, structured and unstructured datasets Use modeling techniques and tools to support system design and decision-making Work closely with stakeholders, developers, and data scientists in an agile environment Required Knowledge & Skills Business Analysis & Methodologies Strong knowledge of business analysis and modeling techniques (use case diagrams, state diagrams, ER models, interaction diagrams, etc.) Good knowledge of BPMN, UML, or equivalent modeling tools Experience with Agile software development methodologies (Scrum, Agile, RUP) Familiarity with Wiki and collaborative platforms Understanding of large organization administrative and business processes AI, Data & Analytics Strong experience in Machine Learning and Natural Language Processing (NLP) Knowledge of the NLP systems lifecycle Experience in corpus-based linguistics Experience with alignment models and classification methods Excellent knowledge of data analytics techniques and tools Experience working with large datasets, non-structured databases, and data lakes Knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs) Technical Skills Programming experience with Python, R, and/or PERL Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL technologies (MongoDB, Hadoop, SQL-based systems) Experience with ETL processes and tools (e.g.
