Responsibilities: Provide support to two Senior Wealth Managers (SWM) to strengthen relationships with existing clients and onboarding new clients Develop a strong product knowledge covering all potential client needs Build and manage long-term relationships with an international and mobile client base Warm outreach to existing SJP contacts to generate appointments and opportunities for the SWM Providing regular prospecting reports to the SWM Achieving monthly, quarterly and yearly set KPIs Supporting SWM in ad hoc business development and networking opportunities in terms of both administrative tasks and attending networking events Keeping up to date with the latest financial services landscape, to better support our clients and Partners Proactively enhancing SJP and industry knowledge through internal employee workshops Creating positive brand awareness and being a brand advocate for our business at all times Recording leads appropriately within SalesForce to track interactions with Prospects Arranging first meetings on behalf of Partners and coordinating new leads into their diaries Communicating business updates with Clients and Prospects Evaluating and prioritising lead generation and business opportunities with the SWM Maintain compliance with regulatory standardsand company policies Participate fully in the Asia and Middle East Aspiring Advisory Academy, attending all training, mentoring, and continuous professional development programs Requirements: Knowledge and Skills: Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills Commercial acumen with the ability to identify client opportunities Financial literacy and commitment to achieving professional qualifications (Hong Kong regulatory SFC and IA required qualifications and wen progressing to Aspiring Advisory Academy the CII Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning) Ability to adapt communication style to diverse clients Strong organisational skills and discipline in managing clients needs High emotional in...
