Your future duties and responsibilities Lead end‑to‑end project delivery, ensuring scope, timeline, budget, and quality targets are met Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations Coordinate cross‑functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies; implement mitigation strategies Facilitate project meetings, status updates, and executive reporting Ensure alignment between business goals, technical requirements, and operational needs Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and methodologies Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain strong communication throughout the project lifecycle Oversee change management activities and ensure smooth adoption of project outcomes Support strategic planning and contribute to portfolio‑level decision‑making Please note that the office location is in Törökbálint. Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role Minimum 8 years of experience as a Project Manager of large IT implementation projects, in a Telco sector, preferably on a supplier's side Skilled in software development and system integration projects Fluency in English and Hungarian languages is must Proven track record delivering complex, multi‑stakeholder projects Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid) Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder‑management skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment Strong analytical and problem‑solving ab...
