Job Description: Cloud Infrastructure Engineer / DevOps Engineer Experience: 4–5 Years Location: Bengaluru (Hybrid WFH Flexibility) Role Overview We are seeking a skilled Cloud Infrastructure Engineer / DevOps Engineer with 4–5 years of hands-on experience to build, operate, and scale a reliable infrastructure platform across Kubernetes-based cloud and on-premise environments. Key Responsibilities Design, deploy, and manage Kubernetes clusters across Microsoft Azure and on-premise infrastructure Build, automate, and maintain infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible) Support and operate containerized workloads using Docker and Kubernetes Assist in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for platform and backend services Manage and support hybrid infrastructure setups (cloud + on-prem) Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions to ensure high availability and observability Troubleshoot infrastructure, networking, and system-level issues in Linux environments Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support scalable AI and backend workloads Ensure best practices for security, performance, reliability, and availability Document infrastructure designs, processes, and operational procedures Required Skills & Qualifications 4–5 years of experience in Cloud / Platform / DevOps Engineering Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes (deployment, scaling, upgrades, troubleshooting) Solid experience working with Microsoft Azure (compute, networking, storage) Experience with on-premise infrastructure, including VMs, bare metal servers, and basic networking Hands-on experience with Terraform and Ansible Strong knowledge of Docker and containerization Proficiency in Linux system administration Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation workflows Basic scripting or programming experience (Python preferred) Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Nice to Have Exposure to multi-cloud environments Experience supporting GPU-based workloads or AI/ML platforms Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Understanding of hybrid cloud architectures Experience working in fast-paced, production-scale environments Int...
