In this role, you’ll be on the front line of customer support, delivering timely, professional assistance to users experiencing account-related issues, password resets, and general website or system access challenges. Key Responsibilities: Deliver professional, courteous customer support via phone and/or email Assist users with basic account inquiries, including password resets and access issues Troubleshoot general website and system-related concerns Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions using contact center tools Effectively utilize Automatic Call Distribution (ACD) systems and web-based platforms Qualifications: Customer Service Experience: Minimum of one (1) year of customer service experience, including phone and/or email-based contact center support, data entry, issue tracking, and use of ACD systems Communication Skills: Strong listening, verbal, and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset Technical Skills: Comfortable working with web-based databases, software applications, and email platforms Language Skills: Fluency in English (spoken, written, and read) Eligibility Requirements: U.S.
