Job Title: Application Architect Role type: Contract to hire Location: Hybrid - Austin, TX Job Description About the Role This architect will support modernization of core veteran services by defining end-to-end solutions that streamline service delivery, improve consistency and speed for veterans, strengthen audit readiness and compliance, and enable trusted reporting and operational insight. Lead solution architecture for initiatives spanning loan services automation, call center transformation, and data modernization Define end-to-end solution designs across CRM/SaaS platforms, integrations, vendor solutions, and legacy/on-prem components Partner with product owners and business stakeholders to translate service goals into technical requirements, architecture decisions, and delivery plans The ideal candidate will be proactive and able to work independently, coordinating closely with ITS leadership and project teams to ensure alignment with program goals and sustainable implementation.
