deugro was founded in Frankfurt am Main and is the first company of the deugro group, where is has its focus on global project freight forwarding. Key Responsibilities: Being the focal point responsible managing for existing and new customer accounts Supporting sales and tendering activities with existing & new accounts Expanding new opportunities with existing &new clients Strategic account management from supporting on bids to negotiating contracts and managing client needs with the assistance of deugro team members Supporting local office in managing clients’ budgets and account plans, including client business review meetings Ensuring that contracts and key processes are well managed Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records Provide operational support and handle service, information, and transport inquiries Providing profit growth ensuring return on investment as an individual towards the branch’s P&L and ultimately the group Securing & managing client agreements for logistics services Identifying strategic target opportunities, prequalifying for EOI/tenders Working on commercial pricing and technical solutions to support client requirements Cross selling additional deugro company services Developing projects plans for projects and stakeholder management Executing project plans for clients with teams locally and globally Development of operative business processes within logistics projects, including cargo calculation Handling of service, information and transport inquiries Key and co-negotiator, general communication with clients and subcontractors Foster trusted, partnership-based relationships with stakeholders Handle general administrative tasks Skills, Knowledge and Expertise: Successful Bachelor’s degree in business or management In-depth knowledge of Shipping Line, Freight Forwarding products such as Sea/Air Import & Exports, Project Cargo, ODC, Ro-Ro, Break Bulk/Commodities Relevant experience in the Freight Forwarding Industry Strong analytical and business process–driven mindset Excellent people management, communication, and interpersonal skills Mature judgment and strong pr...
