This role is ideal for someone who goes beyond task-based delivery—someone who can help shape solutions, make sound technical decisions, and comfortably wear multiple hats in a collaborative environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain scalable applications usingC#, .NET Core, and modern .NET frameworks.Contribute tosystem and application design, including architecture, data models, service boundaries, and integration patterns.Build and maintain backend services andRESTful APIs.Work withinMicrosoft Azure, contributing to cloud-based application design, deployment, and troubleshooting.Translate business and technical requirements into clean, maintainable, and scalable solutions.Collaborate closely with frontend, QA, DevOps, and product teams across the full delivery lifecycle.Troubleshoot, optimize, and refactor existing systems for performance, reliability, and long-term maintainability.Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and solution planning sessions.Support deployments and production issues in a shared ownership model.Where required, contribute to frontend development, including light work withReact or modern JavaScript frameworks(nice-to-have, not critical).Required Qualifications5+ years of professional experience as a.NET DeveloperusingC# and .NET Core.Strong understanding ofsystem design and architecture principles, including scalability, performance, and maintainability.Hands-on experience building APIs and backend services.Experience working inMicrosoft Azure(e.g., App Services, Azure SQL, Functions, Storage, monitoring/logging).Solid experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server) and data modeling.Comfortable operating across multiple responsibilities and adapting to evolving project needs.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a contract environment.Clear communication skills and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.Nice-to-HaveExperience withReactor modern frontend frameworks.Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices in Azure.Exposure to microservices or distributed system architectures.Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
