This role is pivotal in tackling the most novel electrical design problems we face, including designing and developing complex robotics that balance ergonomics, performance, reliability, and usability while maintaining the highest safety and quality standards. This role is part of a team responsible for initial concept development, analytical modeling, prototype design, construction, and testing.Electrical Engineer: Robotics Hardware Engineering Responsibilities:Architect and design electrical engineering solutions for the next generation of robotics that include fabrication and assembly of Printed Circuit Boards, Flexible Printed Circuits, and Rigid Flexible Printed CircuitsDevelop schematics, guide board layout, assemble, test, debug, and integrate multi-component electrical systems using industry-standard simulation and design packages such as SPICE, MATLAB, Altium or CadenceEstablish and conduct collaborations with multidisciplinary partners, both internal and externalEmbrace constant learning, diving into new areas with unfamiliar technologies, and supporting the ambiguity of robotics problem solvingMinimum Qualifications:3+ years of experience in Electrical Engineering, with a proven track record of contributing to the successful inception, ideation, development, and launch of consumer productsBS degree or equivalent experience in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or a related fieldExperience in one or more of the following systems in the context of Robotic systems: Lithium Battery Systems, High Power (>100W) DC/DC Power Conversion and Distribution, DC Motor Controllers and Drivers, Embedded systems (MCU/GPU), Electrical Sys...
