Enterprise Data Modeler – Banking & Analytics

In this role, you will be responsible for defining, designing, and governing logical and physical data models that enable high-quality, consistent, and scalable data platforms. Your Responsibilities Capture and analyze business data requirements, definitions, and rules, translating them into structured data models Design and maintain logical, conceptual, and physical data models following best practices and enterprise standards Ensure data quality, consistency, and reduced redundancy across systems Develop and maintain Common Data Models and enforce modeling standards and governance guidelines Support the development of data strategies, data flows, and conceptual architectures Collaborate with development and engineering teams to implement models within data warehouses, lakes, and distributed environments Evaluate and improve existing data models and physical databases, identifying discrepancies and optimization opportunities Perform reverse engineering of legacy databases and systems Contribute to metadata management and documentation, ensuring traceability and audit readiness Work closely with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives Your Profile Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in physical and relational data modeling Strong background in Banking or Financial Services environments, handling sensitive and regulated data Experience working in heterogeneous business and technology landscapes Solid stakeholder management and communication skills Experience working with enterprise-scale data platforms and transformation initiatives Strong understanding of data governance, data quality frameworks, and architectural standards Technical Skills Expert SQL skills, ideally acro...
