Support the regional Public and Government Affairs team to foster relations with the relevant municipal and district governmental departments and authorities Facility and Insurance Manage the day-to-day operations of a variety of office services includes but not limited to travel service, insurance management, expats car & housing management, office construction/renovation project management, space planning, copy services; office supplies, equipment, and inventory; administrative assistance; mail distribution and messenger services; records management; fleet management; cleaning, gardening, and maintenance services; cafeteria and recreation services; facilities management; guard and security; and reception and communication systems (such as projecter in meeting room, VC equipment etc.). Maintenance Plan, prioritise, and manage maintenance activities and upgrades to equipment, facilities, and systems to minimise disruptions to business activities and use the organisation’s resources effectively.
