Requirements: Experience in a Project Coordinator, Project Controls, or Project Support role within an EPC environment Understanding of engineering, procurement, and construction workflows Proficiency with project scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project or equivalent) Pluses: Experience supporting large‑scale capital or infrastructure projects Exposure to EPC contract structures and project delivery models Familiarity with construction sequencing, procurement lead times, and engineering deliverables Experience working with cross‑functional and field‑based teams Day to Day: The Project Coordinator supports Engineering, Procurement, and Construction project teams by coordinating schedules, tracking project activities, and ensuring alignment across disciplines. The Project Coordinator does not own execution or decision‑making authority, but serves as a central coordination point across engineering, procurement, construction, and project management teams.
