In this role, you will support strategic initiatives through detailed financial analysis, insightful recommendations, and effective modelling to guide investment decisions and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities Excel Modelling & Analysis: -Develop and maintain complex financial models in Excel to support investment planning and decision-making processes -Create detailed forecasts, valuations, and financial projections to assess the impact of various business strategies and investment opportunities -Regularly review data centre portfolio performance and ongoing valuation position Appraisal of Acquisitions: -Conduct thorough due diligence and financial analysis for potential acquisition targets (M&A and real estate) -Evaluate the financial viability of acquisition opportunities through detailed financial modelling and valuation techniques.
