Management Consultant - Alchemy Partners

Our work spans business strategy, operating model design and implementation, technology advisory, program and project delivery, major event execution, data insights and AI, change management and strategic communications. Experience Required A successful candidate will have 3-8 years’ experience across one or more of Alchemy’s service offerings: Designing, establishing or operating within delivery environments, including PMO, project or portfolio contexts, with experience across governance, reporting, risk and issue management, resource management and change management Leading or supporting stakeholder engagement activities, including workshop design and facilitation, collaborative problem-solving, requirements gathering and documentation in complex environments Analysing and designing business processes, operating models or service models, including current and future state definition and alignment to organisational objectives Supporting organisational change initiatives, including communications, stakeholder engagement, adoption and capability uplift Supporting or leading delivery activities across programs or initiatives, including planning, coordination, delivery assurance and status reporting Applying data and insights to support decision-making, including experience validating KPIs, metrics, dashboards or analytical outputs using tools such as Power BI or Tableau You will also have: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations for clients.
