Management Consultant – Program Delivery

The Role This role suits a management consultant with 5-8 years’ experience of client delivery, with a strong interest in contributing to business development and firm building, and typically involves: Leading and delivering consulting engagements, including managing scope, timelines, risks, quality and commercial performance Building trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders Leading and supporting small consulting teams to deliver high-quality outcomes Contributing to business development activities, including opportunity shaping, account support and pipeline progression Supporting the development of differentiated value propositions and reusable consulting assets Designing and leading collaborative client workshops or structured working sessions where appropriate Contributing to firm building through coaching, capability development and continuous improvement Experience & Capabilities Relevant experience should include some of the following, across one or more of Alchemy’s service offerings: Designing, establishing or operating within delivery environments, including PMO, project or portfolio contexts, with experience across governance, reporting, risk and issue management, resource management and change management Leading or supporting stakeholder engagement activities, including workshop design and facilitation, collaborative problem-solving, requirements gathering and documentation in complex environments Analysing and designing business processes, operating models or service models, including current and future state definition and alignment to organisational objectives Supporting organisational change initiatives, including communi...
