The Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for optimizing manufacturing processes, improving production efficiency, and ensuring high-quality standards through lean manufacturing principles and process innovation. Please visit our career site for more information on benefits.What You Will DoOptimize manufacturing processes and workflows using lean manufacturing principles to improve efficiency and reduce wasteDesign, evaluate, and enhance equipment, tooling, and automation solutions to increase production reliability and performanceDevelop and maintain standardized work instructions, process documentation, and quality control measures to ensure compliance and consistencyConduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to drive continuous improvement and reduce defectsCollaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to integrate new technologies and support production goalsWhat We RequireBachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering or a related field3 or more years of experience in a manufacturing or process engineering role, preferably in a high-volume production environmentStrong expertise in lean manufacturing, process optimization, and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Kaizen)Hands-on experience with manufacturing equipment, tooling design, automation, and statistical process control (SPC)Proficiency in CAD software, ERP systems (e.g., SAP), and data-driven decision-making toolsWhat We PreferExperience in automation, robotics, and Industry 4.0 manufacturing technologiesCertification in Six Sigma (Green or Black Belt), Lean Manufacturing, or a related disciplinePrior experience working with regulatory compliance, safety standards, and environmental requirements in manufacturingStrong project management skills with experience in leading cross-functional teams and implementing new productio...
