[Industry: Construction | Type: Full-time | Level: Mid-Senior level] Job DetailsDescriptionStrada Services is seeking an experienced NetSuite Business Analyst (Functional Focus) to support and optimize our enterprise systems across Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and Field Service.This role serves as the primary functional liaison between business leaders and technical resources. The ideal candidate is process-driven, business-focused, and experienced in translating operational needs into system solutions, not a software developer or technical engineer role.This is a hybrid position, with regular in-person work required at our Sanford, FL office.What You’ll DoBusiness & Process LeadershipServe as the functional lead for NetSuite across multiple departmentsPartner with leadership to translate business goals into system solutionsLead discovery sessions to document and improve workflowsPrioritize system enhancements based on business impactNetSuite Functional OwnershipManage system configurations, workflows, permissions, and saved searchesLead optimization of NetSuite WMS and inventory processesDesign and oversee SuiteFlow automationsReview functional requirements and validate system solutionsMaintain documentation and training materialsSupport users and resolve system-related issuesIntegrations & Systems SupportLead functional oversight of integrations using middleware tools (e.g., Celigo)Partner with vendors and consultants on system enhancementsSupport change management and compliance processesField Service SystemsSupport and optimize FSM platforms (ServiceTitan, Bolt, or similar)Ensure alignment between NetSuite and service operationsReporting & AnalyticsDevelop KPIs and dashboards using NetSuite toolsSupport reporting using SuiteAnalytics, Power BI, and ExcelPerform data analysis to support leadership decisionsRequired QualificationsWhat We’re Looking For5 years of experience in a NetSuite Business Analyst or Functional Analyst roleStrong experience with NetSuite administration and business process designExperience with NetSuite WMS or warehouse systemsWorking knowledge of SuiteFlowAdvanced business analysis and Excel skillsExperience working with ITSM or ticketing systemsPreferred QualificationsExperience supporting Field Service platforms (ServiceTitan, Bolt, etc.)NetSuite certifications (SuiteFoundation, Administrator, ERP Consultant)Experience leading ERP implementationsExperience with Celigo or similar middlewarePower BI and SuiteAnalytics ex...
