Business process inventory: Assist in sorting out the TT-LIVE business problem handling process, including classification of user consultation scenarios, decomposition of problem handling nodes, verification of scenarios covered by existing bots, etc., to form a standardized process document and provide basic support for bot optimization. Data annotation and correction: Responsible for case annotation during AI bot operation, including user intent classification, reply matching degree annotation, error case marking, etc.; collaborate with the annotation team to collect feedback on bot usage in actual services, review and correct annotation results to ensure the accuracy and completeness of annotated data.
