Project Manager

Responsibilities:Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, development, design, Point of Sale vendors, construction, and technical experts to drive successful implementation and installation of technical equipmentOversee development, execution, and delivery of technology equipment to new and existing restaurantsWork closely with our technology partners to ensure flawless execution and deployment from restaurant breaking ground to live openingExecute weekly calls to ensure project status is on track and escalate critical issues that may impact project completionMaintain up-to-date trackers of all restaurant status and ensure communications are being sent in a timely manner to all affected stakeholdersRequirementsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Operations Management, Computer Science, related field, or equivalent experienceStrong interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with technical teams, field leadership, and franchise partnersDemonstrated experience in leading and managing teams, including setting goals, providing coaching, and driving accountabilityExperience in requirements gathering, project management and project executionProficient in Project Management tools, including Smartsheet, Monday, JiraEfficient in Microsoft 365, Word, Excel, PowerPointExperience managing POS content and high-level understanding of restaurant systems and technology; Candidates with QSR experience will be prioritizedHave current, working knowledge of the food service industry and current challengesHave a high-level understanding of Restaurant Technology platforms such as POS, Labor Scheduling Tools, and Back of HouseAbility to manage requests, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines in a dynamic environmentHave excellent written and verbal communicationDetail-orientated and hands-onWork well with othersBe willing to pivot and take on projects as needed by the businessProven project management experience of large projects a plusThe pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role.
