Recruitment Manager (Consulting, Experienced Hire)

The ideal candidate will in a pivotal role in driving initiatives to generate new business in his/her specialised recruitment area(s), while also leading and guiding the team to successfully deliver recruitment services for our valued clients. Job responsibility: Work closely with the Business Leader to develop and execute a business strategy that drives growth Lead and develop teams to provide high-quality recruitment services that meet clients' needs Source, hire, train, mentor, manage, and motivate new recruiters to build a strong talent pipeline Establish and maintain strong relationship with existing business clients, candidates & industry experts Identify new business / partnership opportunities relating to recruitment and/or payroll services Develop new relationships with an effort to grow business and help company expand to new area Plan, organize and execute to assure recruitment project success Monitor and analyse market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the curve Requirements: 3+ years' client-facing OR team-leading experience in Recruitment Consultancy (preferably in Recruitment firm/ Consultancy background) Proven track record of strong leadership, achieving targets and driving growth Passionate in people development & stakeholder management Experience in developing and implementing recruitment strategy Strong business acumen and strategic thinking to meet dynamic business needs Experience in business development / new account acquisition is highly preferred Show less [{"type":"people_also_viewed","href":"https:...
