[Industry: Business Consulting and Services | Type: Full-time | Level: Entry level] Job DescriptionThompson Gray, Inc has an immediate need for an RPA Business Analyst.The Robotic Process Automation (RPA) team automates business processes in audit, divestiture, business process engineering, and quality of life improvements for the Army FM community. Support RPA customers by providing answers, expertise, and insights as neededBrief potential RPA customers on RPA capabilities as neededCapture keystroke level detail from customers/process owners during automation developmentPresent/speak to RPA requests and status of projects to the client, project manager, and governance boards as neededDevelop RPA tools, documentation, presentations, videos, and other promotional materialsCollaborate with the developers to ensure customers' development requirements are accurately captured for automation projectsBecome familiar with RPA software as time allows to enhance knowledge of how automation works and to better inform customers on bot capabilitiesSupport the governance of the RPA processDevelop and track metrics and financial projections for each automationFacilitate email communications between clients.QualificationsRequired Qualifications:BA/BS or MA/MS degree in Business Administration or Computer ScienceUp to 3 years of analysis, business process improvement or consulting experience, preferably for automation project and preferably for DoD clientsUiPath, Power Platform, or other automation software certification(s) preferred, but not requiredCoursework or work experience may be substituted in lieu of certificationsExperience with crafting detailed Process Design Documentation (PDDs), process/ keystroke mappings ...
