Location: Guangzhou, China Reporting To: General Manager Industry: Disposable Tableware / Sustainable Foodservice Packaging Function: International Sales & Business Development Role Overview The Sales Manager – Global Markets will be responsible for driving international sales of disposable and sustainable tableware across key global markets. Key Responsibilities · Develop and execute global sales strategies for disposable tableware across targeted international markets · Identify, onboard, and manage distributors, importers, HORECA chains, and key institutional customers · Build and maintain long-term relationships with global clients, ensuring repeat business and account growth · Lead commercial negotiations including pricing, contracts, MOUs, and long-term supply agreements · Monitor global market trends, competitor activity, and customer requirements to support product positioning · Coordinate with internal teams (production, quality, logistics, and finance) to ensure seamless order execution · Represent the company at international trade shows, exhibitions, and customer meetings · Achieve assigned sales targets, revenue growth, and margin objectives · Prepare regular sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and market intelligence for senior management Educational Qualifications · Master’s degree in Business Management, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred) Experience Requirements · 2–3 years of experience in international sales or export sales · Prior exposure to global B2B sales is mandatory · Experience in the HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés/Catering) industry is a strong added advantage · Experience in disposable tableware, foodservice packaging, or FMCG exports will be preferred Language Requirements · Fluency in English (mandatory) · Proficiency in Chinese is a strong added advantage · Must be proficient in at least one additional foreign language: o Spanish / French / Japanese / Arabic / German Travel & Passport Requirements · Role requires frequent international travel · Candidate must hold a valid passport from a non-restricted country or a first-world country, enabling smooth global mobility Key Skills & Competencies · Strong international neg...
