Our platform supports hospitality partners across the UK, using data and AI to enable smarter staffing decisions at scale. Key responsibilities Develop AI/ML models to predict demand and optimise labour deployment Build models to monitor and improve service quality in hospitality environments Analyse partner data to identify opportunities and support decision-making Create visualisations and insights for internal and external stakeholders Build and maintain software infrastructure to scale analytics and ML workflows Collaborate across product, engineering, and commercial teams to solve partner problems Essential skills and experience 2+years building and shipping production-grade AI/ML models Strong Python proficiency and experience with relevant ML/AI libraries/frameworks Strong understanding of ML techniques (supervised and unsupervised) and model selection Hands-on experience in one or more of: demand prediction, computer vision, optimisation Familiarity with AWS (ideally SageMaker, Lambda, and data processing tools) Strong foundations in mathematics/statistics/modelling and practical problem-solving skills Comfortable supporting deployment and integration of models (backend exposure such as Python/Django and/or Go is beneficial) Desirable Experience building/maintaining data pipelines in production Knowledge of data lakes, warehousing, and common storage patterns Exposure to tools such as Airflow, Terraform, and broader cloud data services (AWS/Azure) Benefits Competitive salary + equity Private medical insurance Unlimited holiday allowance Workplace pension (3% employer contribution) Office gym membership Social, collaborative office environment Dog-friendly office Show less
