Senior AI Engineer / AI Lead - Persian Horizon

Role Overview We are seeking a Senior AI Engineer / AI Lead to design, train, and scale the core intelligence behind our AI systems. Key Responsibilities Design and implement end-to-end AI and LLM-based systems Work extensively with Large Language Models (LLMs) Build and maintain advanced Prompt Engineering frameworks Design and manage Knowledge Bases for AI (company content, documents, data) Fine-tune and train AI models using internal organizational data Implement RAG architectures using Vector Databases Integrate and orchestrate multiple AI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Azure AI, etc.) Convert AI outputs into usable tools for sales, marketing, content, and analytics teams Design AI infrastructure ready for SaaS and client-facing products Collaborate closely with Full Stack Developers and business stakeholders Requirements Skills & Experience Extensive experience with LLMs and AI system architecture Strong expertise in Prompt Engineering and AI knowledge design Hands-on experience with AI model fine-tuning and training Strong understanding of RAG, embeddings, and vector databases Experience working with AI APIs and multi-model orchestration Proficiency in Python Experience with LangChain / LlamaIndex Strong system design and product-oriented thinking Strong Advantage Experience building AI dashboards or AI products MLOps and deployment experience SaaS architecture background Job Type Full-time / Part-time Remote Long-term collaboration Benefits Competitive, market-aligned salary and incentives Fully remote work Latest tech stack & ownership of end-to-end features Opportunity to build scalable products with real business impact Professional growth in a fast-moving, scale-up environment Collaborative culture with a focu...
