Analyst, Data Science transforms complex, high-volume data into actionable insights that support informed decision-making across the organization. Primary Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement predictive models and machine learning algorithms to solve complex business problems Analyze large, complex datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization, including Medical Claims, Procedure, HUB, SP, SD, LTC and Prescription data sets Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing regular system audits and resolving discrepancies to maintain reliable datasets for analytics and decision-making Conduct A/B tests, statistical analyses, and causal inference to evaluate business initiatives and product changes Translate business needs into data requirements and collaborate with data engineering to ensure high-quality data availability Communicate data-driven insights and recommendations clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Develop dashboards and data visualizations to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and business health Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices in data science and analytics Other responsibilities as assigned Education/Experience/Skills Bachelor’s...
