The ideal candidate will have three to five years' experience implementing software solutions.ResponsibilitiesDesign, build and deliver solutions for customer’s critical business functionsAdhere to and promote best practices and design guidelinesUtilize ICE Mortgage Technology’s solutions automation to streamline customer processesIdentify project issues and risks, then present alternatives and solutions to resolve themRecommend features and improvements to optimize and increase the use of ICE Mortgage Technology solutionsMaintain relevant expertise in the mortgage industryUp to 50% travel availabilityKnowledge And ExperienceMortgage Banking or Financial Services Technology experience requiredProject Management skills, including status reporting, project documentation, issue resolution, time management and project communication requiredEncompass experience requiredImplementation of enterprise software experience preferredStrong Microsoft Office Solutions preferredIntercontinental Exchange, Inc.
