Key Tasks:Define and implement core components of an enterprise AI platformBuild initial applications (chatbots, copilots, AI-enabled tools) to showcase platform capabilitiesIntegrate with identity and security systems using tools like Microsoft Copilot and Copilot StudioCollaborate with engineering and product teams, mentor junior members, and help scale the teamRequirementsStrong Python development skillsExperience with AI/ML platforms or enterprise-scale data systemsFamiliarity with enterprise AI tools and secure system designAbility to work independently and communicate effectively across teamsBonus PointsExperience building AI platforms from scratchKnowledge of cloud-based AI services (Azure OpenAI, AWS AI/ML)Background in large enterprise or consulting environmentsThe pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role.
