Solution Architect - Workday

As a key member of our consulting leadership team, you will drive the end-to-end design, architecture, and delivery of HCM solutions that align with organizational strategy and operational excellence.This role requires deep expertise in HCM architecture, knowledge and certification across multiple modules, configuration, and integrations — with proven experience guiding complex multi-phase deployments across public sector.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the design and architecture of enterprise-wide Workday HCM solutions.Translate strategic business goals into scalable HR technology solutions.Oversee system configuration, data conversion, integrations, and reporting.Partner with HR, IT, and executive leadership to ensure successful delivery.Serve as trusted advisor on Workday roadmap, release management, and optimization opportunities.Provide leadership to project managers, consultants, and functional leads throughout the implementation lifecycle.Establish governance, best practices, and quality assurance across projects.Mentor and develop team members, contributing to practice growth and capability building.This job can be performed from anywhere in the US.Required Technical And Professional ExpertiseBachelor’s or Master’s in Business, HR, or Information Systems (or equivalent).7+ years of Workday HCM experience including large, global deployments.Deep functional expertise in Core HCM plus two or more modules (Compensation, Benefits, Talent, Learning, Payroll, or Time Tracking).Strong understanding...
