You’ll help solve complex business challenges, build the data infrastructure that powers business insights, and identify whitespace opportunities for growth. Team Mission Business Operations exists to connect strategy to execution, building the systems and insights that enable AcuityMD to scale quickly and sustainably We work directly with the leadership team across four pillars: Company Strategy: Market sizing, strategic planning, and long-term vision Planning & Alignment: Annual and quarterly planning, leadership alignment, board preparation Business Data & Insights: Metric alignment, performance analysis, internal tooling Execution: New function incubation, high-priority cross-functional projects, risk mitigation Responsibilities Business Data & Insights: Build the data infrastructure that powers decision-making across the company: connect business systems into a unified data warehouse, define core metrics and reporting standards, and create dashboards and data tools that equip teams with the insights they need to measure performance and drive results Company Strategy and Market Sizing: Lead market sizing analyses, build business cases for new product and data investments, and evaluate adjacent market opportunities that directly inform long-term company strategy and resource allocation decisions Process & Function Incubation: Identify gaps and opportunities across the company and collaborate cross-functionally to build new functions and process...
