The Role As Head of Customer Success, you will own the post-sales function and build the systems, team, and operating model that drive retention, expansion, and customer value. Responsibilities Build and scale the customer success operating system, including KPIs, health metrics, and reporting Hire, lead, and develop a high-performing customer success team Optimize onboarding and implementation to accelerate customer ROI Establish service standards and SLAs across support and implementation Act as a trusted advisor to customers and the internal voice of the customer Qualifications ~10 years in client-facing roles, including customer success, fintech or API products, and team leadership Strong operational, data, and systems mindset Commercially savvy with ownership of retention, churn, and expansion metrics Proven ability to lead cross-functionally in high-growth environments Compensation: $225,000–$275,000 base salary + OTE Show less
