In this role, you will work with Windows and some Linux systems and closely with Azure and AWS cloud platforms:Virtualization: VMwareCloud: Azure and AWSActive Directory & Group PolicyAutomation: Scripting for process automationBackup/Disaster Recovery: RubrikCollaboration: SharePointResponsibilitiesResponsible for managing a variety of systems including databases, servers, backups, disaster recovery, and mission-critical machines; Experience with networking, monitoring and alert applications is also important to help ensure system uptime and reliabilityAdminister and maintain enterprise systems, including user account provisioning and lifecycle managementManage and secure AWS tenants, ensuring compliance with cybersecurity protocolsProvide technical support for expired accounts, replication issues, and operational disruptionsCollaborate with cybersecurity, operations, and managed services teams to implement system upgrades and standard changesDocument system configurations, changes, and troubleshooting proceduresPerform routine O&M checks to ensure server, system, and network healthApply server patches and system updates regularlyRemediate system and network vulnerabilitiesMonitor systems and configure alerts to maintain uptimeAdminister and maintain backup and disaster recovery processes (Rubrik)SQL replicationPerform regular SQL backups and restorations and ensure compliance with data retention policiesRequirements5+ years of experience as a Windows Systems AdministratorStrong understanding of AWS infrastructure and security best practicesProficiency in SQL Server replicationExperience with ITIL-based workflows and ticketing systemsExcellent problem-solving and communication skillsStrong communication skills across technical and non-technical teamsCollaborative, positive, and re...
