[Applicants: Be among the first 25 applicants | Industry: Defense and Space Manufacturing | Type: Contract | Level: Mid-Senior level] Reflexive Concepts is seeking a skilled System Administrator I to join our team!The System Administrator must provide Infrastructure Server and Desktop Sustainment services, which the Government will use to enhance and complement High Performance Computing (HPC) sustainment capabilities across two sites and geographic locations.The System Administrator Must Support Installation, Deployment, Integration, Configuration, Tuning, And Operational Support Of The Following, But Not Limited To, List Of Workstation HardwareWorkstations/desktops installed with a custom Linux operating systemMonitorsKVM switchesPeripheral devices (i.e. in a technical discipline and 5 years’ experience as a System Administrator in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity is required or 8 years’ experience in lieu of degree.Proficient with the following (as specific position requires):Provide support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of IT systemsProvide Tier 1 (Help Desk) problem identification, diagnosis and resolution of problemsManage the daily activities of configuration and operation of IT systemsProvide assistance to users in accessing and using IT systemsProvide Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) problem identification, diagnosis and resolution of problemsProvide support to IT systems including day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for all of the client/server/storage/network devices, mobile devices, etc.Provide support for the escalation and communication of status to agency management and internal customersOptimize system operations and resource utilization, and perform system capacity analysis and planningDoD 8570 IAT II level certification required
