Systems Administrator

This role performs systems administration tasks, troubleshooting, and maintenance activities that help ensure client environments remain stable, secure, and compliant with CMMC Level 2 (NIST SP 800-171) practices.This position focuses on executing defined systems administration work across Microsoft cloud services, identity platforms, endpoint management systems, and supporting infrastructure. Responsibilities include implementing configuration changes, performing maintenance tasks, responding to operational alerts, and resolving technical issues across managed environments.The Systems Administrator works within established processes and standards and the supervision of the Senior Systems Administrators to support the reliable and secure operation of managed systems.Hours are Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm ET, and providing on-call/after hours, including weekends, when necessary.What You'll Do:Perform administrative tasks within Microsoft 365, Azure/Azure Gov, Entra ID, Exchange, SharePoint, and Teams environmentsImplement configuration changes and maintenance activities across managed systems and platformsManage endpoints using Microsoft Intune (device enrollment, configuration policies, and compliance remediation)Support Azure Virtual Desktop (...
