Who Will Love This Job A proactive self-starter who’s customer service-oriented and believes that no task is too small An excellent problem-solver and analytical thinker who enjoys troubleshooting complex hardware, software, and network issues An exceptional communicator who can collaborate effectively with global, cross-functional teams and explain technical solutions to non-technical users What You’ll Do Administer and maintain a diverse fleet of endpoints and servers (macOS, Windows, and Linux), including provisioning, patching, and configuration management Oversee user identity lifecycle management, access controls, and permissions across directory services and SSO platforms (e.g., Active Directory, Okta, LDAP) Respond to and resolve Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support escalations regarding desktop, server, network, and application issues Collaborate with infrastructure engineers to assist in the deployment of new systems, cloud resources, and upgrades to existing virtualized environments Oversee system backups and disaster recovery operations, and verify data integrity on a regular schedule Monitor system performance and capacity to proactively identify and address potential bottlenecks before they impact end-users Enforce security policies and procedures, ensuring endpoints and systems are compliant with industry standards and internal security protocols Manage hardware and software assets, including procurement, inventory tracking, and license compliance audits Create and maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and troubleshooting guides What You’ll Need Bachelor’s degree in Computer Sci...
