The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing and optimizing system infrastructure, providing Tier 1 and Tier 2 support, and ensuring the reliability and performance of UNIX and Windows operating systems.This position plays a key role in maintaining day-to-day IT operations, resolving technical issues, and improving system efficiency across servers, networks, and storage platforms.Key Responsibilities:Provide support for implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT systems.Manage daily configuration, operation, and monitoring of client/server, storage, and network devices.Deliver Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) support for problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution.Support system users by assisting with access and usage of IT systems.Configure and manage UNIX and Windows operating systems, including software installation and patching.Maintain system integrity and security while implementing enhancements to improve reliability and performance.Perform system optimization, capacity analysis, and resource utilization planning.Provide in-depth troubleshooting of IT systems and coordinate resolution of escalated technical issues.Support and communicate system status and issue escalation to management and internal customers.Remain involved in the resolution process for hardware and dispatch-related system problems.Design and implement network architectures incorporating Linux, Solaris, and Windows operating systems.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field and 10 years of relevant experience— or —High School Diploma and 15 years of relevant experienceStrong knowledge of UNIX and Windows operating systems administrationExperience with configuration management, system optimization, and troubleshootingFamiliarity with server, network, and...
